NAHUEL ODDONE is currently Value Chains Coordinator of ECLAC/IFAD Project on Inclusive Growth, Rural Industrial Policy and Participatory Value Chain in Latin America and the Caribbean at the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UNECLAC), Subregional Headquarters in Mexico. He holds an M.Sc. in Global and Regional Economic Integration from UNIA, an M.A. in Economic Integration Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and USAL, and a B.A. in International Relations from UNICEN. He is finishing the Doctoral Program in International Studies at UPV/EHU in Bilbao. He has participated or conducted extensive research in the field of regional integration, cross-border cooperation, paradiplomacy and value chains.
RAMÓN PADILLA-PÉREZ is currently Head of the Economic Development Unit at the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UNECLAC), Subregional Headquarters in Mexico. He holds a Ph.D in Science and Technology Policy from the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU), University of Sussex and an M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE). He has conducted extensive research on international trade, industrial policy and innovation systems. He has coordinated several technical assistance projects in the fields of innovation, regional integration and value chains.
