Contributor Notes

Ryan Schowen is an independent scholar working in public policy and political theory. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Social Change. His research centers on how affective attachments are produced and regulated in public policies and political subjectivities. His main thematic concerns revolve around the politics of dispossession, precarity, international political economy, democratic theory, and conceptualizations of justice.
