Professor Anna Stilz is Laurance S. Rockefeller Professor of Politics and Human Values at Princeton University. Her first book, Liberal Loyalty: Freedom, Obligation, and the State, was published by Princeton University Press in 2009. The book under discussion here, Territorial Sovereignty: A Philosophical Exploration was published by Oxford University Press in 2019.
Dr Christine Hobden is a lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Fort Hare, and an Iso Lomso Fellow at the Stellenbosch Institute of Advanced Study. Her research focuses on citizenship, collective responsibility, and international normative thought.
